Prince Harry to be ‘Cut Off’ from King Charles’ Royal Fortune Amid Bitter Family Feud?

Prince Harry’s bitter feud with the royal family may be threatening more than his relationship with his father. The Duke of Sussex reportedly fears he could lose out on a substantial inheritance from King Charles, raising the stakes in a family drama that has already divided the monarchy for years.

Harry, 42, is said to be increasingly anxious that his fractured relationships with Charles, 77, and his older brother, Prince William, could leave him financially sidelined when decisions about the king’s private fortune are ultimately made, according to RadarOnline.

An insider claims the prince’s concerns go beyond repairing years of emotional damage. With wife Meghan Markle, 45, and their two children, Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, to consider, Harry is reportedly worried about protecting his family’s financial future.

The alleged fears come at a particularly delicate moment. Harry and Meghan returned to Britain with their children in late August, six years after stepping away from royal duties and establishing a new life in California. Although the move has created fresh opportunities for reconciliation, the prince’s relationship with William remains deeply strained.

Harry recently made an unusually candid appeal for peace during an October 20 interview with GQ, acknowledging the pain surrounding his relationships with his father and brother.

“The most important thing is to reconcile,” he said, making clear that he hopes to put the family’s bitter disagreements behind him.

But according to the RadarOnline source, another troubling question may be hanging over those reconciliation efforts. Harry reportedly fears that William’s position as heir to the throne gives him greater access to Charles, potentially leaving his younger brother outside important family discussions.

The insider did not claim William has actually interfered with inheritance arrangements, and there is no confirmed evidence that Charles intends to disinherit Harry.

The financial stakes are complicated by the Sussexes’ decision to build an independent life outside the monarchy. Since leaving royal duties in 2020, Harry and Meghan have pursued commercial ventures while taking responsibility for expenses previously associated with their royal positions, including private security.

The couple also retain their luxury property in Montecito, California, despite their extended stay in Britain. Sources have suggested that security, property maintenance and other commitments are contributing to Harry’s concerns about long-term financial stability.

However, the king’s personal estate remains a closely guarded matter. Much of the wealth associated with the British monarchy, including the Crown Estate and Crown Jewels, is not Charles’ private property and cannot simply be divided among his children. William also receives income from the Duchy of Cornwall through his position as Prince of Wales, independently of any future inheritance.

There are conflicting accounts of what Charles might ultimately decide. Royal biographer Robert Jobson previously suggested the monarch wants to ensure Harry and his children are financially provided for, although no details of any inheritance arrangements have been publicly confirmed.

For Harry, the uncertainty adds another dimension to an already painful family divide. His return to Britain has brought him physically closer to the father and brother from whom he has been estranged, but it has yet to produce a full reconciliation.

Whether the king’s private fortune will become another source of royal conflict remains unknown. For now, Harry’s alleged fears are just that, with no confirmation that Charles has made any decision to exclude his younger son.

  1. When you spit in someone’s eye, don’t be surprised if they spit back in a way that will more than be even. All Harry had to do was keep his mouth shut and no one would be the wiser. Obviously he wanted to make a point and it was taken in the manner that it was meant. Tough nuggies Harry
