Lisa Rinna did not hold back when taking aim at longtime Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell, delivering a brutal swipe at the 84-year-old politician’s health.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star stunned followers with a short TikTok video in which she suggested McConnell was being propped up like the dead character in the 1989 comedy Weekend at Bernie’s.

“They’re keeping him alive like Weekend at Bernie’s,” Rinna declared in the roughly 15-second clip.

To be clear, McConnell is alive. However, Rinna’s harsh joke appeared to suggest that the powerful Kentucky senator is no longer capable of performing his duties without help from those around him.

The actress’ post comes as McConnell faces growing public scrutiny and increasingly personal attacks over his age and health.

Just one day earlier, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene reportedly called McConnell a “vegetable” who was “dying on the vine.” Greene also made the explosive allegation that his wife, Elaine Chao, is a Chinese Communist spy.

Greene’s criticism went far beyond Rinna’s brief social media jab. The Georgia Republican blasted her own party for continuing to support aging politicians simply to protect its majority in Congress.

Her comments echoed criticism Republicans previously aimed at former President Joe Biden and his administration over concerns about Biden’s age and fitness for office.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear has also called on McConnell to provide clearer answers about the state of his health.

TMZ said it contacted representatives for both McConnell and Rinna for comment, but neither side had responded.
