Prince William’s Explosive Temper Sparks Panic and Calls for ‘Anger Management Therapy’

Prince William may be next in line for the throne, but according to explosive new claims, some royal insiders are worried the future king’s fiery temper could become a major problem behind palace walls.

The normally polished and camera-ready Prince of Wales, 43, is reportedly being urged to seek anger management therapy before eventually taking over the monarchy, amid growing fears his emotional outbursts could clash with the calm, diplomatic image expected of a British king.

Royal author Christopher Andersen — who has written several bombshell books about the royal family — claims William’s temper has sparked concern among those closest to the crown, including his father, King Charles III.

In Andersen’s latest book, Kate! The Courage, Grace, and Power of the Woman Who Will Be Queen, the author paints a picture of a prince who can go from composed to explosive when tensions boil over.

“There is anxiety in some royal circles that William can become intensely emotional and reactive when frustrated,” one insider reportedly claimed. “The monarchy depends heavily on diplomacy, patience and self-control.”

Another palace source allegedly admitted William’s intense personality sometimes “spills over into anger behind closed doors.”

While the future king has carefully maintained a calm public image for years, Andersen claims the reality inside royal residences can be far different.

“William is capable of great bellowing tantrums,” the author wrote.

According to the book, William is said to treat palace staff respectfully and never directs his anger toward wife Princess Catherine or their three children — Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

But tensions between William and his father have reportedly become heated at times, with one former staff member claiming the prince has shouted during arguments with King Charles.

“When he gets frustrated, William does resort to shouting,” the ex-staffer alleged, adding that the prince’s booming voice is “much louder” than his father’s and hard to ignore.

Sources close to palace operations say the pressure of royal life, constant public scrutiny and the ongoing fallout with Prince Harry have all contributed to William’s stress levels over the years.

One insider claimed advisers have quietly encouraged him to find healthier ways to manage the pressure before he eventually takes the throne.

“There have been moments where advisers felt he needed help managing stress and channeling his anger more constructively,” the source said, adding that anger management therapy had reportedly been suggested.

William’s strained relationship with Prince Harry has already fueled years of headlines, especially after Harry’s explosive memoir Spare accused his older brother of physically attacking him during a heated confrontation over Meghan Markle.

In the book, Harry claimed William — allegedly “piping hot” with rage — grabbed him by the collar and knocked him onto a dog bowl during the argument, leaving him injured.

Andersen also suggested William may have inherited his temper from his father.

King Charles himself has long been rumored to have a volcanic temper behind closed doors, despite his reserved public image.

The author previously claimed Charles once ripped a sink from a wall after losing a cufflink down a drain during a fit of frustration.

And royal fans will never forget the viral moment following Queen Elizabeth II’s death in 2022 when cameras captured Charles furiously complaining about a leaking pen during an official signing ceremony.

“Can’t bear this bloody thing,” the visibly irritated king snapped at the time. “Every stinking time.”

  1. Insanity has ALWAYS been a hallmark of “royal” bloodlines, ie: inbred but not corn-fed !
Perhaps he better start making up with Henry (Harry) so there is some common sense other than Kate in the mix !
