‘Disoriented’ Brother of WWE Star ‘Missing’ After Car Crash

The search is on in San Francisco after the brother of former WWE star Shotzi Blackheart reportedly walked away from a car crash and disappeared — leaving behind a trail of unsettling clues, including surveillance footage and a missing shoe.

Federal park police say Dean Urbanski, 51, was last seen Tuesday afternoon near Fort Mason, a waterfront area on the edge of the city. Investigators believe he left the scene of a crash on foot — and may have been disoriented when he did it.

His sister, Ashley Urbanski — known to wrestling fans as Shotzi Blackheart — blasted out an urgent plea on Instagram, saying her brother had been involved in a crash near Fort Mason before he vanished.

“Security footage shows him walking away from the vehicle afterward,” she wrote, warning followers he “may be confused or disoriented.”

And it gets worse: Shotzi also said her brother is dealing with a serious medical condition and may not be thinking clearly.

“He is undergoing dialysis and is not himself,” she wrote, emphasizing the urgency of finding him.

The U.S. Park Police say they’ve launched a search and released a photo showing Urbanski walking through the park around 1:45 p.m. — shortly after the crash.

One detail immediately set off alarms for investigators: they say Urbanski appeared to be wearing only one brown/tan slipper.

That odd detail has fueled concern that he may have been struggling physically or mentally, or that he left in a rush without realizing what he was doing.

Authorities described Urbanski as wearing:

  • light blue jeans
  • a black shirt
  • a gray or blue long-sleeve top

Police also noted that he has identifiable neck tattoos — a key detail that could help someone recognize him quickly.

Investigators say Urbanski was last seen walking toward the intersection area around Bay and Laguna streets, not far from the Fort Mason neighborhood.

That direction matters: it suggests he may have moved toward nearby residential streets, busy corridors, or public transit routes — meaning he could have traveled farther than people realize in a short amount of time.

While police have not publicly detailed the full circumstances of the crash, both authorities and his sister have stressed the same concern: Urbanski may not be in a state to safely navigate the city on his own, especially if he needs ongoing medical care.

Dialysis patients often require strict treatment schedules, medications, and regular monitoring — and missing those supports can quickly turn dangerous.
