Nancy Pelosi’s husband is facing fresh legal trouble after allegedly smashing his luxury Maserati into a parked car and driving away in California’s famed wine country.

Paul Pelosi, 86, was reportedly behind the wheel of his brown convertible Maserati in Yountville on Friday when he struck a legally parked vehicle along the side of the road, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said Pelosi briefly stopped after the collision but then drove away from the scene.

The impact caused “major” damage to the parked vehicle, though no injuries were reported.

A witness who saw the crash quickly called 911, prompting sheriff’s deputies to search the surrounding area.

Pelosi was found a short time later on a road about a quarter of a mile away. Deputies reportedly noticed damage to the front of his Maserati that appeared consistent with the collision.

Authorities said there was no alcohol in Pelosi’s system.

Because nobody was injured, Pelosi was not arrested. However, he is now facing a misdemeanor hit-and-run charge.

The sheriff’s office also referred Pelosi to the California Department of Motor Vehicles for a review that could determine whether he should be allowed to continue driving.

Officials said such referrals are common when incidents involve older motorists.

The latest traffic drama comes several years after Pelosi’s previous run-in with the law in Napa County.

In 2022, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence following a crash.

Pelosi was sentenced to five days in jail, though two days were removed for good behavior. He ultimately served two days behind bars and spent another day participating in a work program at the courthouse.
