Frontier Plane Strikes Person Leaving Scattered ‘Limbs’ on Runway (Audio)

Passengers on a Frontier Airlines flight thought they were about to die after their plane slammed into a person who had somehow made it onto the runway — sparking a terrifying engine fire and leaving what airport workers described as “human remains” scattered across the tarmac.

The horrifying incident unfolded late Friday night as Frontier Flight 4345 was preparing to take off from Denver International Airport on its way to Los Angeles.

Shocking air traffic control audio captured the chaotic moments after the Airbus A321neo struck the unidentified individual.

“Tower, Frontier 4345, we’re stopping on the runway. Uh, we just hit somebody… we have an engine fire,” the pilot calmly radioed.

Moments later, airport personnel delivered an even more gruesome update.

“I do have limbs on the runway. I believe the aircraft struck an individual,” one worker said over the radio.

“There appear to be human remains on the runway,” another chilling transmission added.

Authorities later confirmed the victim had breached airport security, climbed over a perimeter fence, and ran directly onto the runway moments before the collision around 11:19 p.m.

According to witnesses, the person was partially sucked into one of the plane’s engines, triggering a brief explosion and fire that sent terrified passengers into panic mode.

“When the engine blew up, I thought, ‘Oh s–t, we’re all going to die,’” passenger John Anthens told The Post.

“The majority of people didn’t know what was happening, but there was this huge explosion. Kids were screaming, people were crying — it was horrific.”

Anthens, who was traveling with his sons to a Pokémon Go tournament, said the blast sounded “like a bomb” as smoke quickly began filling the cabin.

Some passengers reportedly started choking while others frantically tried to figure out what had happened.

Anthens’ son, Jacob, revealed his father witnessed the horrifying impact from his window seat.

“My dad said when the engine fire went up, he was able to see the legs of a human spinning around in the engine,” Jacob said. “That sounds like emotional trauma to me.”

Data from FlightAware showed the plane was moving at roughly 139 mph when the collision occurred.

Photos from the scene showed shaken passengers evacuating down inflatable emergency slides onto the dark runway while wrapped in blankets. Other images captured stunned travelers standing near the badly damaged engine after the nightmare ordeal.

The flight was carrying 224 passengers and seven crew members at the time of the incident.

Denver International Airport said 12 people suffered minor injuries during the chaos, with five taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy later called the victim a “trespasser” and blasted the dangerous breach.

“Late last night, a trespasser breached airport security at Denver Int’l Airport, deliberately scaled a perimeter fence, and ran out onto a runway,” Duffy wrote on X.

“No one should EVER trespass on an airport.”

Airport officials said an inspection of the perimeter fence found no punctures or visible damage, raising more questions about how the individual managed to get onto the airfield.

Frontier Airlines said it is cooperating with investigators as the National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration work to determine exactly what happened.

“We are deeply saddened by this event,” the airline said in a statement.
