A routine Saturday night at a Brooklyn restaurant erupted into terror when a furious customer who had just been kicked out allegedly returned moments later with a gun and opened fire inside the packed establishment.
Police say the shocking violence unfolded around 9:41 p.m. Saturday at El Cerrito del Carmen Restaurant on McDonald Avenue in the Gravesend section of Brooklyn.
According to investigators, the trouble started when a man inside the restaurant began acting disorderly. Staff eventually had enough, and a 27-year-old bartender ordered him to leave the bar.
Law-enforcement sources say the suspect returned shortly after being thrown out — this time armed with a firearm — and began shooting inside the restaurant, sending patrons diving for cover.
The bartender who had kicked him out was struck when a bullet grazed her back. A 29-year-old man inside the restaurant was also hit, suffering a gunshot wound to the arm.
Panicked customers and workers scrambled to safety as the gunfire echoed through the building.
Emergency responders rushed both victims to Maimonides Medical Center. Authorities say they are expected to survive and are listed in stable condition.
The gunman fled the scene before police arrived, triggering an urgent search for the suspect. Investigators spent hours combing the restaurant and surrounding area for evidence as shaken witnesses tried to make sense of the violence.
Police have not yet released a description of the shooter, and the investigation remains ongoing.
The brazen attack has left the Brooklyn neighborhood shaken — and raised fresh fears about how quickly a night out can spiral into deadly chaos.

“Police have not yet released a description of the shooter…” OF COURSE, THEY HAVEN’T. WHY NOT JUST SAY HE WAS A “TEEN” AND LEAVE NO DOUBT.
