90 Day Fiancé Star Charged in Baby’s Death

A heartbreaking and explosive update has surfaced in the death of “90 Day Fiancé” star Leida Margaretha’s newborn daughter, Alisa.

The baby’s death has been deemed “non-accidental,” according to a finding Leida’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed to TMZ. The initial assessment from Wisconsin’s Adams County Health and Human Services Department reportedly goes even further — stating there is “a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother,” per Starcasm’s reporting.

For now, no criminal charges have been filed in connection with Alisa’s death, and officials say the investigation is still ongoing.

The official cause and manner of death have not been finalized yet. Authorities are still waiting on a full autopsy report.

Leida has previously denied any wrongdoing related to her daughter’s death. The tragic news comes months after the infant was taken off life support in July 2025.

And this isn’t the only legal storm around Leida.

Back in January, TMZ reported Wisconsin prosecutors charged her with 24 felony counts, including multiple counts of bail jumping, wire fraud, forgery, and a theft allegation involving $10,000 to $100,000 from a business, according to court records.

Meanwhile, Leida’s estranged husband, Eric Rosenbrook, also faced trouble of his own. TMZ previously reported he was arrested in July 2025 for allegedly slapping a fellow TLC star while intoxicated — and he confirmed at the time that the two were no longer together.

This case remains developing, and major pieces — including the autopsy findings — are still pending.

  1. When intentionally abusing a child causing death is a reprehensible crime the perpetrator (perp) should and must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
